Support Service Subscriptions

A Subscription is a special product license combined with Premium Support as a bundle.  Typically the special product license will be to receive all the products in a defined product group free of additional charge for the duration of the Subscription.  Subscriptions are purchased annually in advance.

There are two types of subscriptions:

          Product Line Subscription

          D9 Subscription

These are described in more detail below.

Product Line Subscription

A Product Line Subscription is a special license of a product family combined with premium support.  For a fixed annual fee, you will receive all software products for a product family, at no extra cost.  For example a subscription to the OfficeSheet product family entitles you to receive all new releases of existing products, plus any new products in the OfficeSheet family that are released.  You may start with only OfficeSheet for MsProject (OS4MSP) and you will receive all updates (major, minor and bug fix only).  If we release OfficeSheet for MsPowerpoint during your subscription period, you will receive a license for this product as well, absolutely free.

Decade Nine Subscription

A Decade Nine Subscription is a whole of company subscription which entitles you to every product on sale during the lifetime of the subscription.
