Premium Support Service is designed for more advanced users who have need of less frequently used functions and who need to ensure that their software is maintained at the most recent level at all times.

Overview

The Premium Support Service entitles you to priority processing of all logged software defects and support requests, logged via our online "Support Central" or directly via the application.  You also receive all new versions of their licensed software product (major, minor and bug fix releases) absolutely free of additional charge as long as their support plan is active.

The Premium Support Service is for 12 months and is billed annually in advance.  For Premium Support Service customers the Annual Software License fee is waived.

The full details of the Premium Support Service are listed below.

•          You may log support requests via the application (from the “Help” menu) for support with your OfficeSheet applications problems at a special email address

•          Your license identifies you to the support request subsystem as a Premium Support customer, and provides additional information about your computer which is only ever used to assist in supporting you to gain maximum benefit from your d9 software.

•          Your support request will be processed ahead of Standard Support Service customers in a special queue; using our online support system (we use “Fogbugz” as our support centre – currently hosted by the software provider).

•          All Premium Support customers will receive all new versions of their licensed software product (major, minor and bug fix releases) absolutely free of additional charge as long as their support plan is active.

•          All subscription customers are provided with Premium Support on their products as a built-in component of their subscription
